My Estimated January 2018 Dividend Paychecks

The GOAL My Dividend Investing Plan is to try and receive a dividend paycheck everyday of the month, or as close to it as possible. My Dividend Investing Plan Portfolio now consist of 17 total securities. Of the 17, 4 are quarterly dividend payers and 13 are monthly dividend payers. That means we receive 204 paychecks per year.

The chart below is the estimated dividend payments for January 2018… I do anticipate adding a few more securities to the portfolio which are January Dividend Payers; however, they are not listed on the chart. I am planning on adding New Residential Investment Corp (NRZ) to the portfolio for certain. For January 2018 our DIVIDEND GOAL is $140. With the anticipated securities I will be adding to our portfolio, I’m pretty confident I will make the goal!

I would love to hear from you! Please leave any comment you wish, positive or negative, below.

Happy Holidays!

Paul
